When you connect your device to a cable and present a payment method to the card reader, a pending deposit payment will be taken by your bank. At this point you may receive a bank notification regarding this pending payment. However, if you are unable to lock the locker door for whatever reason, whether through fault or error, your pending deposit payment* will be cancelled automatically.
* Please note that it may take your bank 2-5 days to return the pending deposit payment to you.
